I’m Sexy and I Know it!

Good evening my lovely #BBCers! After the fail I had last week I decided to do some thinking about what new activities I could incorporate into my routine to switch things up a bit. If you have read my previous posts then you remember I don’t like exercise one bit, and that’s why I have to disguise it as fun! So that got me thinking what sort of fun exercise can I do at home? Well ladies what came to my mind was the most fun exercise I can think of…Sexercise!
Now don’t panic I’m not going to give you any play by plays of mine and Johns private time haha! When this idea came to me I thought to myself duh! How many times in my life have a read Cosmo articles about how to contort my body to burn extra calories in the bedroom and here I am doing laundry lunges!
So I did some research and found some of the positions that burn the most calories:
1) The Cowgirl- You can modify this classic position and come up on your feet, almost like a squat. That’s all butt, legs, and hips. Also if you get up onto your feet and lean on your hands, that’s working out your upper body!

2) Standing- If you and your man are facing each other then you are using core and upper-leg strength. If your legs are wrapped around your partner then you will need good arm strength to hold on and that’s an arm workout.

3) The Bridge- With the bridge the woman is facing upward, using all four limbs to hold her body weight off the bed. *WARNING* this pose is not for the weak! This one’s going to make you work! We are talking biceps, triceps, abs, butt, quad, and calves. You may need to stabilize yourself by stacking some pillows under your back. Even with modifying this position with the pillows you will still definitely be working out your butt, and inner thighs. In this position you can burn up to 68 calories per minute!

As I was thinking about this topic, I was also reminded of the Carmen Electra striptease workout videos! Does anyone else remember these? Well I found one on YouTube and got my ass on the floor at 11:30pm for a stripper workout. While I’m doing spread eagle stretches on my floor I just had to laugh at the un-sexiness of it so I filmed a couple of min. of me doing this ridiculous routine LOL! Enjoy

Hahahahahaha! Sexy right? I think any career as a stripper is out of the question for me…
